Jonathan Milne is a growth-oriented, data-led veteran who recognizes the importance of supporting the customer journey across all channels. With 15 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, product management, Jon leverages real-time insights and experimentation to create revenue growth. Jon expresses his passion for growth by trying to understand the intersections of product experiences, user acquisition and data science.
Jon is currently the director of strategic and community partnerships at Klipfolio a business dashboarding platform. He is developing partnerships with incubators and accelerators around the world, working with the company’s current partners to help build their businesses and being an evangelist for the firm.
Previously, Jon mentored dozens of startups as the managing director of innovation while at Invest Ottawa. Prior to Invest Ottawa, Jon held various roles at Irdeto including Director of Sales, Director of Global Field Marketing and Product Marketing Manager. Prior to Irdeto, Jon held positions with IBM Canada, Corporate Renaissance Group and Public Works and Government Services Canada. When Jon is not reading, he can be found advising startups, drinking coffee, biking or playing with his three kids.
Phil Gamache is the marketing automation manager at Klipfolio, a leader in the cloud-based business intelligence dashboard market. Based in Ottawa, Klipfolio helps data driven professionals connect all of their data sources in a single platform and build powerful visualizations to monitor the performance of their company.
Phil is responsible for managing Klipfolio’s automation platform and connecting it to a growing list of add-on marketing technology tools. Phil started his career in marketing technology and for the past 6 years has gained experience successfully designing, implementing and measuring inbound marketing and lead nurturing programs. Phil is also an instructor for the Digital Marketing Certificate at Telfer (University of Ottawa), teaching marketing automation technology.
Phil is driven by integrating empathetic communication throughout the entire customer journey and is passionate about the intersection of creativity, technology and analytics to foster the use of data to drive decisions. He’s hungry to learn and test, always remains at the top of his field, and is ready to jump into new technology if he sees a case for it growing the company.
